Shipping Method

— All items are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority mail, as indicated at checkout. Upon shipment, customers will receive a tracking number via email. Please note: All shipping services are facing staff shortages & overwhelm. Your tracking number may not be updated or scanned through transit, so it may look “lost” but is actually on its way. Please allow 7-21 days for your piece to arrive - even for Priority mail shipments!

— I only ship internationally to Australia and Canada at this time! I am slowly adding locations, so if there is a country you would like prioritized, send me an email. NOTE: All international orders are sent Delivery Duties Unpaid, so you may be required to pay additional fees upon delivery depending on your local tax laws!

— Please note that the shipping charges listed at checkout are estimates. I do my best to make them as accurate as possible! However, if the shipping costs are more than $10 over the shipping amount paid, the customer will be responsible for the shipping overages via invoice. This invoice will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Note: This is only likely to happen if there are multiple pieces purchased that will require a larger box than typically used.

Shipping Time

— I live on the road full-time, so my processing time varies! If my processing time is longer than 5 business days, there will be a note in the announcement bar at the top of this website. I am a one-woman show who has a never-ending to-do list, but I promise to get your new jewelry to you as soon as possible! Please be patient with me (: If you need your order to ship within a certain time period, send me a message and I’ll see what I can do! If unforeseen circumstances prevent me from processing your order in the estimated time frame, I will contact you.

— After your order has been processed, your piece(s) will likely arrive between 1 and 5 days if you chose USPS First Class mail at checkout, or between 1 and 2 days if you chose USPS Priority mail at checkout. Please note: due to staffing shortages & overwhelm among shipping services, your order may arrive later than estimated. Please allow 7-21 days for your piece to arrive - just in case!

Damaged Package

— If the package and it’s contents arrive damaged, file a claim with USPS — I insure every order over $100! I do my best to package each piece with care to prevent damage to your jewelry.

— If the piece is damaged upon arrival, please send me an email & we can discuss potential next steps!

Lost or Stolen Package

— If you believe your order was lost in transit or stolen upon delivery, you may file a claim with USPS. I insure every order over $100.

— Note: A “lost” package may just be a package that is late & hasn’t been scanned. Please allow 7-21 days for your piece to arrive. Contact me and/or USPS only after you have waited 21 days, please! I have the same tracking information as you — I cannot do anything to help once your order has left my studio. The current staffing shortages and overwhelm can cause delays in shipping, so please be patient with me & USPS! Your piece is most likely arriving soon.


refunds & Returns

Refunds & Returns

— If a piece breaks due to its construction, you can either return & refund for store credit, or a repair free of charge. Not sure if the damage qualifies? See more about repairs here or send me an email.

— If the piece is not as you imagined and you would like to return it, please send me a message. I want you to find the best fit for you! Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

— I live on the road, which means receiving mail can be tricky! This means that returns can take 2-6 months to be processed. I will give you a better time estimate once a return is requested!

— When returns/refunds are granted, you will receive the refund balance as store credit once the piece has been confirmed to be in new/unused condition upon arrival. If the piece is not in new/unused condition, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to your store credit balance.

— If returning due to the pieces construction, I will provide you with a return label. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to my studio. Please send the piece back in the jewelry box it arrived in to ensure no further damage.

— If your package was lost, damaged, or stolen, please file a claim with USPS. I automatically insure all orders over $100.
